Clean your Room!

It has finally rained in Delhi. The weather is sticky and humid now, but rains are nevertheless most welcome. Even a small drizzle or just a cloudy day is a Godsend in such heat. I wonder whether to call this global warming or my hectic schedule.

Last Saturday, my mother caught me neatly. I was dozing off on the sofa, trying to take a siesta, when she found the perfect time to tell me to clean up my room. Now I have never ever cleaned up my room. I never have organised my books, nor my papers, nor my gadgets, nor my utiities. They all go stuffed in my many drawers here and there, so used to I am to my mess that I an easily find whatever I want even I f I put it at the most unlikely place ever. But this time i was caught. I had nothing to do for a change, and decided to give it a shot.

Cleaning up my room I underwent the most amazing revelations of my own life. I completely relived my childhood and schooldays, such were the things I unearthed from my cupboards. Old question papers, entrance exam books, storybooks grandpa had gifted me when I was a kid, old photographs, school certificates, marksheets, "I love you letters" whose authors i never could find (i dont wanna be pompous ok? just telling the truth) and what not......

Apparently these forgotten things had all been buried under the "papers" of time and they had lain there quiet and forgotten, until the day i cleaned my room--->

My mom was ecstatic!



























But now, I can't find anything in my room! :(
